Secure the Pediatric Ward in the Therapy Wing.
1 of 4: As soon as you hear an alpha series moving around, toss the Summon Eleanor plasmid onto the floor a ways ahead.
2 of 4: Retreat and hide in the corner to the left of the door, letting Natural Camouflage turn you invisible.
3 of 4: Stay near the door after the alpha goes down, since several splicers will attack next, followed by another alpha.
