Splicer Combat Tips

  • 1 of 7: After activating the security bot, fire an Electro Bolt into the water in the room ahead to see if you can zap any splicers that way.
  • 2 of 7: Move through the doorway slowly, then turn left and hack the security camera that's on the wall nearby.
  • 3 of 7: Hopefully, any surviving splicers won't notice you, and the security camera will sic some bots on them. (Zap and hack one of the new bots if you'd like to have two with you.)
  • 4 of 7: NOTE: This is assuming you put the Security Command plasmid in your gene bank when you picked it up. If you spliced it in, you can use Security Command on the splicers without even hacking the camera to get it to send bots after them.
  • 5 of 7: Move forward to the health station and hack it, then go up the stairs and get the attention of the two splicers who are standing on the upper walkway.
  • 6 of 7: Retreat quickly back through the entrance doorway and hide to the right of it. That should get the splicers seen by the hacked camera, or at least get them to run into the water so you can zap them.
  • 7 of 7: After they're down, run up the stairs far enough to see and shoot out the SMG turret that's just past them. (There may be a slight advantage to hacking the turret instead, but it's really not worth the trouble.)
