Bioshock 2 Hints
Secure the Pediatric Ward in the Infirmary Wing.
1 of 3: Soon after you go through the door to the ward's main room, several splicers will come out of the hallway's side rooms.
2 of 3: Run back to the start of the hallway while dodging splicers. Some of them may start attacking you, but Eleanor will quickly get their attention.
3 of 3: Stay at the hallway's entry door while Eleanor kills off the splicers and the alpha big daddies that come in from the ward.
