Bioshock 2 Hints
Get to the Elevator.
1 of 3: Turn left from the control panel and move along the upper walkway until you reach a door labeled "DOCKING TUNNEL."
2 of 3: Go through the door and loot the floating corpse if you want to, then enter the elevator that Eleanor's in to get the game-ending cut-scenes.
3 of 3: NOTE: If you saved at least one little sister and harvested at least one, you'll get a choice during the cut-scenes as to whether to sacrifice or save yourself. It doesn't really matter what you choose -- it'll just change which final cut-scene you get.
