1 of 4: The filing cabinet in the SW corner can be searched if you point at one or two specific spots on it.
2 of 4: Look for an EVE hypo on a desk near the wagon.
3 of 4: Also near the wagon is a "Mail Pneumo Control" panel with two red buttons and a light bulb. Use it to get several food and drink items thrown into the room. Pick them up to restore your health and EVE, then use the panel again if you want more.
4 of 4: In the back of the room, look behind the chair-and-carton stack to find two money clips.
