1 of 4: Go back through the drafting room to the storage room, then crouch-walk back onto the stairs that lead into the water.
2 of 4: Look to the left to see a big slow-moving fan.
3 of 4: Look past it to see an audio diary setting next to a red toolbox.
4 of 4: Use Telekinesis to pull in the audio diary.
