A Note About the Hints
Bioshock 2 is divided up into nine major regions, and each region is divided up into goals. You can always find out what major region you're in by saving your game and looking at it in the list of saves, since the region name is always used as the save name. As for your current goal(s), you can always bring up the map screen and look at its top part for the currently active goal. For a list of all uncompleted goals, click on the Goals tab. (It's the tab with the big "!" symbol on it.)
NOTE: If your current goal ever reads "No Active Goal," then just wait or move around a bit to get the next goal. You usually have to listen to one or more radio transmissions first.
