1 of 5: Turn left past the entry steps to find a health station on the wall next to a doorway.
2 of 5: You can hack the health station to get a free first aid kit (if you stop the needle in a blue zone) and cheaper healing, or you can smash it with your melee attack to get a first aid kit without having to mess with the hacking minigame. Or you can hack it to get a free first aid kit, and then bash it to get another one.
3 of 5: Go through the doorway next to the health station and look on the benches to find rivets, potato chips, and an audio diary.
4 of 5: Look on the desk to the right of some steps for cash and drill fuel, then go up the steps and out the workshop's other doorway.
5 of 5: Look for a rivet pack on the floor near the "GATE CONTROL" doorway, then head south to find a money clip on a cabinet.
