1 of 9: Use Incinerate! to melt the chunk of ice that's blocking the entrance door, then get out the hack tool and deactivate your security bots.
2 of 9: The large room past the small entry room is chock full of security devices, and you'll want to hack them all.
3 of 9: Get the remote hack dart and auto-hack dart from the starting room, then go reactivate your bots.
4 of 9: Hack the health station that's at the north end of the security-filled room, then go around and find ice chunks to melt with Incinerate! for items.
5 of 9: Look in the room east of the ADAM corpse for a bashable statue guy and a filing cabinet, then check the next room for a first aid kit, two boxes of phosphorus buck, the Hardy Machines tonic, two EVE hypos, a mini-turret, a prox mine, another filing cabinet, and a safe.
6 of 9: Help your security devices kill all the splicers who have appeared in the entry area, then start a gather on the ADAM corpse.
7 of 9: Stand in the SE corner of the ADAM corpse area and let Natural Camouflage take effect. You may have to break it to fire on splicers who start pestering your little sister, but hopefully that won't happen too often.
8 of 9: Use the nearby wall vent to dispose of your little sister, then stay put until a big sister attacks. (Note that this won't happen until you get radio messages from Stanley Poole and Sinclair.)
9 of 9: Use the research camera on the big sister, then let her have it while she's distracted by all your hacked security devices. And don't forget to loot her body for ADAM after she goes down.
