1 of 3: This is another "bogus" combat, like the one with the big sister earlier.
2 of 3: Instead of fighting back or using first aid kits to heal yourself, just wait until the floor gives way underneath you, dropping you into an enemy-free area.
3 of 3: NOTE: For some unexplained reason, you'll be fully healed when you hit the water.
