Splicer Combat Tips
1 of 3: Use the rivet gun to shoot the large round metal thing on the machine to the right of the water in order to set off an electric charge.
2 of 3: That should fry the splicer who's in the water, though it probably won't hurt the other one.
3 of 3: You could shoot the small blue circle under the crown design in the back of the room to throw the other splicer around, but it wouldn't hurt him much, so you'd be better off shooting him directly (or letting your bots do it).
