Big Daddy and Little Sister Tips
1 of 7: The big daddy is a rumbler, so I'd advise using the good old Freezing Drill strategy against him. (Don't forget to splice in other drill-related tonics like Drill Power and Drill Power 2.)
2 of 7: After picking up the little sister, check the area map to see that you have lots of ADAM corpses to choose from.
3 of 7: The best thing to do is buy the Electric Flesh tonic from the garden machine if you haven't already, then splice it in and gather ADAM from the two corpses that are in flooded areas. That way, you can use Electro Bolt to easily zap-kill all the attacking splicers without taking any shock damage yourself.
4 of 7: For the first gather corpse, go to the south end of the ground floor and jump through the big broken-out window.
