Use the Key Code to Break In.
1 of 3: You get this goal if you hunt down the keycode to Sinclair's locked door.
2 of 3: Once you get it, you can go use it to open the door, and then summon Eleanor to fight Sinclair for you.
3 of 3: However, it's probably a better idea to get Eleanor after Sinclair in the way described in the "Find the Keycode" goal's hints.
