New Cell Supplies
1 of 4: Using that security override control earlier opened up some more cells, so look for new loot in them.
2 of 4: There's nothing new on the ground floor, so go up the stairs.
3 of 4: In Block D, there are two new cells open, both of which have storage crates in them.
4 of 4: And that's it. There are several other open cells, but none of them have anything in them. Hopefully, you'll find useful stuff on bodies, in lockboxes, etc.
