1 of 3: 1) Go out on the balcony in the first tower, and you'll see a person who doesn't belong in this time.
2 of 3: 2) Look at the paint footprint at one end of the first tower.
3 of 3: 3) Get the lens filter that you'll find on the floor of the second tower as you're coming in from the balcony.
