There's not enough oxygen in the system!
1 of 5: You should listen to Arthur's comments for a bit of help.
2 of 5: The iceteroid processing is designed to generate oxygen for the station.
3 of 5: Go back to the halfway point in between the two trams, and you should find a panel that controls the iceteroid processing.
4 of 5: It's a bit hidden (just off to the right of the elevator controls on the middle level), but it is there if you look closely.
5 of 5: Use the controls on that panel to run a mining cycle and process some oxygen, and you should have enough to repressurize Biomass Processing.
