I need help deciphering a foreign language!
1 of 4: You should have heard about something that will help you translate other languages.
2 of 4: One of the commercials that you saw on INN was for a translator biochip.
3 of 4: You can order anything that you've seen advertised on INN through the replicator (in the kitchen area) in Gage's apartment. Use the following hint if you need more help getting the replicator to work.
4 of 4: Then, just call up the biochip in the usual fashion and activate it. Any speech will be translated automatically, and you can translate writing by moving your cursor it in the view window.
