Buried in Time: The Journeyman Project 2 Hints
Is there anything else that I should know about the game?
It's important to save often, as the manual insists -- and make sure to _use a separate name for each save file_! Not only do you run the risk of dying or getting stuck in a rather tricky situation, but in some places, the saves may become corrupted, and you'll essentially lose your most recent save. Keeping multiple save games will help reduce your lost effort in case something like this happens.
Also, to help organize your save games, you may want to put a number at the start of each filename. If you start with 99 and count down ("99start.sav", "98next.sav", etc.), your most recent saves will stay at the top of the dialog box, making it easier to find them when you need to restore. (Thanks to Bubba Martin for this suggestion.)
