How can I keep the pivoting window's alarm from going off?
1 of 6: Click on the pivoting window while up on the shredder to learn that you need to bridge the alarm's two metal strips with something.
2 of 6: The bridge item doesn't have to be very big, since it's only a two- or three-inch gap. It does have to be metallic, though, to conduct electricity.
3 of 6: Again, go back to the main museum area to find what you need.
4 of 6: A ways to the left of the book's display cabinet is a trash bucket.
5 of 6: Search it to get a chewing gum wrapper that Darren says is aluminum foil. That should work.
6 of 6: Return to the Black Museum area and climb back up on the shredder, then use the gum wrapper on the pivoting window to bypass the alarm.
