How does this ball puzzle work?
1 of 7: Start by clicking on the big button in the bottom left corner of the puzzle display.
2 of 7: That'll get the ball rolling. Notice that it keeps rolling around in the same pattern near the bottom of the puzzle.
3 of 7: Look around the outside of the puzzle to find five little knobs that you can click on to briefly lower one of the puzzle's curved partitions. This can allow the ball to go other places in the puzzle.
4 of 7: Experiment with the five knobs to see which partitions they lower, and how that affects the ball's movement.
5 of 7: After you break the ball out of its starting pattern, it'll be going all over the place, making its movements difficult to predict. However, it's still fairly easy to get it into the hole in the center, which is your goal.
6 of 7: After you get the ball going in its starting pattern, use the upper left knob to get it going all over the puzzle.
7 of 7: Move your cursor to the bottom right knob and wait for the ball to get to where it's next to the partition that encircles the center hole. Hit the knob before the ball goes off somewhere else, and it'll go straight into the hole.
