Hand over Fuller's letter to Mrs. Biba.

  • 1 of 5: You'll find Mrs. Biba in her diner in the main square area.
  • 2 of 5: Once there, walk over to the right end to find the diner.
  • 3 of 5: To enter it, click on its hotspot to get a close-up view of it, then click on its entry door's hotspot.
  • 4 of 5: Click on Mrs. Biba to talk to her and hand over the letter.
  • 5 of 5: NOTE: You'll get the "Call Mom" task when you attempt to exit the diner.
