How can I figure out the safe's combination?
1 of 12: Look around for something that compass directions could be used with.
2 of 12: A ways to the left of the safe is a framed map on the wall that you can examine. However, you won't be able get a close-up of it by just clicking on it.
3 of 12: You apparently need to use something else with it. Look for something that you can overlay onto the map without obscuring it.
4 of 12: A bit to the left of the small bust that's near the safe is a folder you can click on.
5 of 12: Take it to get a transparent foil item. Try using that on the framed map.
6 of 12: Notice that the foil, which you can drag around and rotate, has three lines on it. Also, each line has an asterisk-like symbol at one or both of its ends.
7 of 12: You need to figure out how to rotate it and where to place it so that it'll mark something important on the map.
8 of 12: Notice that the map also has lines with asterisks on them. Try to match your foil lines up with them somehow.
9 of 12: Start by rotating the foil so that its line-less corner is its top right corner.
10 of 12: Then drag the foil to where the line in its bottom left corner connects the two big lines on the map that are south (horizontal line) and west (vertical line) of Africa.
11 of 12: You'll exit the map close-up view when you get the foil set right, so adjust it until that happens.
12 of 12: That'll give you the directions of southwest, south, southeast, east, northeast, and northwest. That must be the safe's combo.
