1 of 6: Exit to the hospital's reception area to get a glimpse of the mysterious guy you saw earlier, then travel back to your mother's house. (It's the center left picture on the postcard.)
2 of 6: Look around the house to see if you can find any financial records that might have to do with health insurance payments.
3 of 6: The info you need is locked in the bedroom's bureau. Click on it to get a close-up view of it, then click on the puzzle thing to get a close-up of it.
4 of 6: Solving the puzzle opens up the bureau, revealing a few interactive items.
5 of 6: Click on the casket to take it and a bank book, then right-click on the bank book to find out that your mother actually did make the last insurance payment.
6 of 6: Return to the hospital and talk to the nurse at the front desk about the insurance card to get things sorted out.
