Where can I get water?
1 of 5: There's plenty of it in Willow Creek. That's where the "creek" part comes in, y'know.
2 of 5: Exit the museum and cross the creek bridge, then get on the tiny pier and examine its rope.
3 of 5: Use the rope to pull up a bucket, which you can examine to see that it has fairly clean water in it.
4 of 5: Use the bubble mixture from inventory on the bucket to get some water into it.
5 of 5: NOTE: You could instead return to the hotel and use the bubble mixture on the bird bath.
