  • 1 of 4: Go back to the lobby and examine the lock boxes that are behind Murray's counter.
  • 2 of 4: Darren will note that you have two problems: Murray and the lock.
  • 3 of 4: After you finish the lockpicking puzzle, click on the lock boxes to get Angelina's letter.
  • 4 of 4: Right-click on it in inventory to read it and get the "Open shaft" task.
