Black Mirror II Hints
How can I get this hatch open?
of 13: Notice that it has five rotating wheels on it, four of which have little picture symbols, and one of which has numbers.
of 13: That looks totally incomprehensible, but remember the clue that Angelina left you.
of 13: It had the letters GFT to point you to the right book (which you've already found), plus four numbers. Those must be the numbers that you need to use on this puzzle.
of 13: The numbers are 62, 17, 1, and 25. Looking at the number wheel, you'll see that those four numbers are on it.
of 13: Furthermore, they're positioned so that you can turn the number wheel in such a way that each of those four numbers is next to one of the picture wheels.
of 13: NOTE: It doesn't matter which particular picture wheel each number is next to. 62, for instance, can be next to the top picture wheel, the bottom one, or either of the two side ones.
of 13: Once that's set, figure out which picture goes with each number so you can set the picture wheels.
of 13: That must be where the book's table of contents comes in. Right-click on it in inventory to see if you can find any familiar numbers or pictures on it.
of 13: Its first entry has the number 1 and the story title "The Frog King or Iron Henry." The picture wheels have a frog picture, so you apparently need to set the wheel that's next to the number 1 to the frog symbol.
of 13: Turn it so that the frog is the nearest picture on the wheel to the number 1, then check the table of contents for another clue.
of 13: Scanning down it, you'll soon see that 62 is associated with a bee, 17 with a snake, and 25 with a raven.
of 13: So set the picture wheels so that a frog is next to the 1, a bee is next to the 62, a snake is next to the 17, and a raven head is next to the 25.
of 13: The instant it's set right, the puzzle will be finished and you'll get the "Organize some light" task.
