Where can I get some insulated gloves?
1 of 7: Look in the second hatch's room to find some takeable gloves to the left of the ladder.
2 of 7: Examine the gloves in inventory to see that they've got a few holes in them. Not exactly insulated, are they?
3 of 7: You'll need to find something you can use to make the gloves safe for live-wire handling.
4 of 7: Return to the main room and look around for some tape, or something like that.
5 of 7: Did you examine Reginald Borris' body after you discovered it in the middle locker? If not, do so now.
6 of 7: Keep examining the body until you find some insulation tape.
7 of 7: Use it on the gloves to make them well-insulated.
