1 of 4: You can't let him see you, so you'll need to use an object of some sort to lure him in. Check your inventory for unused items.
2 of 4: The pieces of rope don't look very promising. How about that toy car?
3 of 4: Bobby has the mind of a child, so the toy car should appeal to him. He also probably won't think that it means Darren is free.
