How can I get the construction light to work?
1 of 10: Look on the floor to the left of it to see that it has a short power cable that's not plugged into anything.
2 of 10: There's nothing to plug it into in the cellar, so you'll have to use some sort of extension cord.
3 of 10: Go up the stairs to the cellar's entry area, then look on the wall to the right to find an extension cable.
4 of 10: Pick it up, then look just to the left of where it was to find a light switch.
5 of 10: You can try using the switch to verify that the cellar light doesn't work, but what you need to do is use the socket that's directly under it.
6 of 10: Get the extension cable from inventory and click it on the socket to plug it in.
7 of 10: Click on the cable on the floor to get a cable cursor, then click it on the "stairs to the cellar" hotspot (twice if necessary).
8 of 10: That'll get the other end of the cable tossed down into the main cellar area, so go down the stairs to catch up with it.
9 of 10: You'll find its end on the floor next to the stairs. Examine it, then click on it to get the cable cursor again.
10 of 10: Click on the construction light (twice if necessary) to get it plugged into the cable.
