Black Mirror III Hints

Shack in the wood.

  • 1 of 10: After the freaky creatures leave, try the shack's door to find that it appears to be bolted from the outside.
  • 2 of 10: At the top of the screen is another door, but trying it will reveal that it can't be opened, either.
  • 3 of 10: Look around for another escape possibility.
  • 4 of 10: Notice that the floorboards near the second door have a hotspot on them that doesn't go away when you repeatedly examine it.
  • 5 of 10: Maybe you could escape through the floor. To do that, you'd need something to saw a big hole in the floorboards with.
  • 6 of 10: Try using the chainsaw on the floorboards to learn that it's out of gas.
  • 7 of 10: Try using the chainsaw on the floorboards again to learn that its gas tank's lid is missing.
  • 8 of 10: When you use the chainsaw on the floorboards this time, Darren will say that he'd better check to see what's under them first.
  • 9 of 10: Try the chainsaw on the floorboards one more time to get Darren to finally cut a hole in the floor.
  • 10 of 10: Click on the new hole's hotspot to exit the shack and move on to Part II.
