How can I solve the altar puzzle?
1 of 18: To start with, exit the puzzle screen, then switch to Valentina and examine the altar.
2 of 18: She'll repeat the inscription: "At sunrise the king sent his warriors into battle against the darkness."
3 of 18: She'll also notice that the symbols are the same as those on the relief back in the first catacombs chamber (the one with the big statue and offering dish).
4 of 18: Return to that chamber and examine the relief, then check out its bottom part.
5 of 18: Notice that it's made up of seven columns of symbols, one for each of the seven people in the picture above it.
6 of 18: If you'll remember, a crown symbol represented kings, and a shield symbol represented warriors.
7 of 18: Searching the relief for those symbols, you'll see a crown at the top of the second column from the right, and shields in that same column plus in the third-from-left column.
8 of 18: No other columns have either of those symbols, so those are the two columns to pay attention to.
