How can I get my medicine?
1 of 5: Go to the village square and try to enter the old-fashioned shop to find that it's closed.
2 of 5: Go back across the bridge and click on Dr. Winterbottom's door to return to her office.
3 of 5: Talk to her and ask about the old-fashioned shop to learn that your medication is probably in the barrel next to it.
4 of 5: Return to the village square and look for a barrel to the left of the old-fashioned shop's door.
5 of 5: Examine it, then click on it again to get your medicine and the "Parcel for Murray" task.
