How can I fix the intercom?

  • 1 of 9: You'll need to find a part that you can use to fix it with.
  • 2 of 9: It probably just needs some new wires, so look around for some of those.
  • 3 of 9: Check the shelves near the skeleton and writing desk.
  • 4 of 9: Examine the cassette player to learn that it has a cable.
  • 5 of 9: There are probably some usable wires in that cable, so remove it.
  • 6 of 9: Unfortunately, you can't just pull the cable out of the player. You'll need to cut it off with something.
  • 7 of 9: Use the scalpel from inventory on the cassette player to get some wires from its cable.
  • 8 of 9: Use the wires from inventory on the intercom to get it fixed. (Notice that its little red light turns green.)
  • 9 of 9: NOTE: If you haven't gotten the "Release from the chill compartment" task yet, you'll get it now.
