How can I grind the antlers up?
1 of 4: You'll need a tool of some sort for that.
2 of 4: Go back down to the morgue and look for tools.
3 of 4: Click on the "tool" hotspot that's in the box near Phil's head to get a file.
4 of 4: Use the file on the deer antlers in inventory to powder-ize them.
