How can I get the case out of the well?

  • 1 of 7: Click on the case a couple of times to get Darren to say that he can't reach it.
  • 2 of 7: To get the case out of there, you're going to have to use an old adventure game cliché -- one that both of the previous Black Mirror games also used.
  • 3 of 7: You need to find some items that you can combine in inventory to create a makeshift fishing pole.
  • 4 of 7: Check your inventory and elsewhere for items that'll serve as rod, line, and hook.
  • 5 of 7: Once you have everything, use the hose clips on the wooden shaft in inventory, then use the cast iron M on it to make an improvised grappling hook.
  • 6 of 7: Return to the greenhouse and examine the well shaft to get its close-up view again.
  • 7 of 7: Get the improvised grappling hook from inventory and click it on the case to bring it up.
