What item can I stick into the letter box to intercept the file?
1 of 5: You'll need something fairly large and flat.
2 of 5: A usable item is right nearby.
3 of 5: Look across the square from the police station to find a fairground booth with a table in front of it.
4 of 5: There's an item called "board" on the table.
5 of 5: Pick it up to find that it's a thin piece of board with a menu painted on it. That should work.
