When does this game take place?
This game is a prequel to Blackwell Legacy. It's 1973, and we're watching Joey working with Lauren, Rosa's aunt. The basic setup is the same as in the first game -- Joey is Lauren's spirit guide, and they work together to help lost spirits accept their deaths and move on -- but Lauren and Joey have been working together for some years and are a smooth team.
