Why can't McCoy use an exit or entrance?
At first, some doors or portholes are accessible from only one side. Once McCoy has visited that area and used the exit, he will be able to use it both ways. Move the cursor around the screen and look for the arrow to turn blue.
If a door is locked or the entrance is blocked by someone or something, McCoy will not be able to enter just yet. Talk to someone, wait a bit, or leave and return to try again. Sometimes the exit will be available only after another character has passed through it.
