1 of 4: Enter the sewers using the manhole near McCoy's apartment on the ground floor and go into the next room.
2 of 4: Walk through the north door and again north. (The blue arrow finally appears!)
3 of 4: McCoy might be cornered by two rats. Shoot them, if necessary, and exit left.
