What difference does an altered KIA make?
1 of 5: Once McCoy's KIA has been altered, he can choose to keep some clues to himself alone. While viewing the clue list, right click an item to select it.
2 of 5: If you have success and notice a big difference in your game's ending, contact me with your results. [Jeanne Muse e-mail: jwmuse@csi.com]. I did not try this, but the following might be the way to accomplish it.
3 of 5: McCoy should have already uploaded his personal database earlier in Act 1. Before talking to anyone in Act 2, be sure McCoy has looked at all the older clues from Act 1. This will remove the > on the oldest clues.
4 of 5: Resume Act 2. When finished with Animoid Row, return to Police Headquarters. First use Esper and obtain all the hard copies. Notice all of the new evidence, look at it to remove the >, but also right click on each one of the new clues. Proceed with the upload-download sequence in the mainframe. McCoy should receive clues contributed from the other agents, but did not share any of his own.
