Blair Witch Volume 1: Rustin Parr Hints

Where can I find some more a-kha for my twanas?

  • 1 of 8: Doc has a chemistry set in her motel room.
  • 2 of 8: Walk up to it, and Doc will tell you what you need to do.
  • 3 of 8: You need to put 3 of the 6 reagents in the eyedropper and then test the resulting combination on the metal samples.  Just click the eyedropper cursor on the test tubes to create your test sample.  Click near the top of the tube, where the cursor turns green.
  • 4 of 8: There's really no way to solve this problem besides trial and error.  If you want to know the correct combination of samples, read ahead.
  • 5 of 8: Choose chemicals 1, 4, and 6 (numbering from the left) to learn that a-kha is basically petroleum naphtha.
  • 6 of 8: That's found in paint thinner.
  • 7 of 8: So go buy some.
  • 8 of 8: Pick it up from a table near the front door in the general store, and then use it once you've bought it to coat your twana.  (Doc will refuse to go very far into the forest until you've used the paint thinner -- having it is not good enough.)
