How do I kill the shadow creatures?
1 of 5: First of all, realize that you can just outrun monsters much of the time.
2 of 5: I found that the shadow creatures posed little threat, so I often didn't bother attacking them at all.
3 of 5: If you want or need to attack them, though, you have a weapon dedicated for this purpose.
4 of 5: Use your energy weapon, the Enhanced Charged Radiance Emitter.
5 of 5: There will be one point in the game when your ECRE goes out, but that's just part of the plot. If you do run into any shadow creatures before you get your batteries back, you'll just have to outrun the creatures.
