The Black Mirror Hints
How can I get a hair sample from Morris the groom?
of 10: Start by traveling to his last known whereabouts.
of 10: You actually have several options on the travel map now, but the manor grounds are where you need to go.
of 10: When you visit Morris' stable, you'll find that he's gone. Furthermore, he left a letter in the vise on the workbench saying that he's run away due to his belief that the detective is trying to frame him for Henry's murder.
of 10: Oh, great! How in the world are you going to get some of his hair now?
of 10: Your only chance is if he was considerate (or careless) enough to leave some behind.
of 10: Search the stable area for something that might contain a loose hair or two.
of 10: During your explorations of the stable in previous chapters, haven't you wondered what good that little light switch over by the horse stalls would ever be? Try it now. (NOTE: You can find the switch on the vertical wooden beam just to the left of the right-hand horse's stall.)
of 10: Scanning around in the now-lit area, you'll find a cap hanging up on top of its right wall.
of 10: Take it, then examine it in inventory to find that it does indeed have a hair from Morris' head!
of 10: Click the empty sample bags on the cap to get the hair safely put away, then return to Hermann's house and use the hair on the microscope to find that Morris isn't guilty, either.
