The grave is cleared, but the lid is too heavy to push off!
1 of 7: You need to pry it off with a sturdy implement.
2 of 7: Off you go on a tool search again.
3 of 7: After you try and fail to push the lid off Lothar's grave, there'll be a new hot spot near the boiler room door.
4 of 7: Check out that little covered area to the right of the door. It has a dark corner now.
5 of 7: Try right-clicking on it.
6 of 7: That'll get you a nice metal rod.
7 of 7: Use it on Lothar's grave to open it at last.
