1 of 3: Talk to him about it. (Click the talk cursor on the open crypt door in the area with William's grave.)
2 of 3: He'll gripe a bit, but will agree to go find Lothar's urn for you.
3 of 3: When he returns and gives it to you, right-click on it in inventory to find the fourth sacred key. Now there's only one key to go: William's!
