What can I do with the torn-up letter I found?
1 of 6: If you have not yet found the letter, you may wish to search for it yourself.
2 of 6: Try right-clicking on the letter pieces in inventory. Recognize that puzzle screen?
3 of 6: That's right! You're going to have to assemble the letter fragments just like you did that photo back in Chapter I. However, the letter is much easier to do, since the pieces are much bigger and less numerous than with the photo.
4 of 6: REMINDER: Left-click on a piece to pick it up and drag it, and right-click on a piece to cycle through its four possible rotations.
5 of 6: It turns out to be another interesting note from the secret correspondence between Robert and Dr. Hermann. (The first such note could have been found in the newspaper rack just outside Robert's study in Chapter I.)
6 of 6: IMPORTANT: Make sure you reassemble the letter to the point where Samuel takes over and reads it out loud to you. The pieces can look mostly right without this happening, and that's not good enough.
