What will make Samuel interrupt Victoria?
1 of 6: Look around the manor for a clue.
2 of 6: Especially outside.
3 of 6: Maybe an urgent letter would do the trick.
4 of 6: Check the mailbox. (It's on the wall beside the manor's main gate.)
5 of 6: Click on it to find a letter that James wrote to William, not knowing that William is dead. James is the one in the torn-up photograph that you reassembled and asked Victoria and Robert about back in Chapter I. You learned then that James was sent to the Ashburry Sanatorium years ago, but he's now apparently gotten out, or plans to do so.
6 of 6: Furthermore, he calls William his father! This is the reason you need to get Samuel to talk to Victoria.
