How do I get replacement boron oxidant for Richard?

  • 1 of 12: He suggests you run over to Leechdale and see the druggist about it. However, there is no way to ever get to Leechdale!
  • 2 of 12: Richard is in no mood to listen to any excuses, so your only option is to fake it.
  • 3 of 12: Richard said the oxidant would be "a vigorously saturated blue," so maybe you can rig up a bottle of blue liquid with which to trick him (and hope that the real oxidant doesn't have a distinctive odor or texture that he'd notice the absence of right away).
  • 4 of 12: First, you'll need something to put the liquid in.
  • 5 of 12: Once you have a small empty bottle, you need to fill it with liquid.
  • 6 of 12: Now you need to turn the water blue. What can be mixed in with water to change its color?
  • 7 of 12: How about some ink?
  • 8 of 12: Once you have the fountain pen, use it on the bottle of water to dye the water a bright blue.
  • 9 of 12: This is all good so far, but trying to give it to Richard won't work. What could still be missing?
  • 10 of 12: The bottle doesn't look like something that just came from the store.
  • 11 of 12: Most store-bought bottles of chemicals have labels on them. You need to get a label for your bottle.
  • 12 of 12: Once the label is on the bottle, it's all ready for delivery.
