How can I get into the abandoned house and lab after dark?
1 of 8: NOTE: If you're wondering when it gets dark, go do more in The Chapel and Secret Tomb to find out.
2 of 8: When you try the abandoned house's front door, you'll find that Richard relocked it and didn't leave the key for you to take.
3 of 8: You'll have to get his attention somehow. Knocking and banging on the door won't work, since there's an entire house between you and Richard's lab. He couldn't possibly hear you.
4 of 8: The lab is in the tower right behind the house, so return to the garden screen where you can see the tower and think of a way to alert Richard to your presence.
5 of 8: The tower has a window that you can click on, but just looking at it or yelling won't do the trick. To solve this problem, you need to employ another old movie cliche.
6 of 8: How many times have you seen a movie in which someone tosses small rocks against another person's bedroom window to get their attention without waking the whole household? Well, now it's your turn to do that as soon as you can find some small rocks.
7 of 8: There's some "grit" lying on the garden walkway near the exit to the abandoned house. Pick it up and use it on the tower window. (NOTE: You have to try the house's front door and find it locked before this will work.)
8 of 8: Keep using the stones on the window until Samuel manages to hit it.
