How do I get the padlock and chain off of the wheel near the opening?
1 of 4: There's no key to be found, so how else might you deal with the lock?
2 of 4: Why not try the same solution you used on the chapel door after dark in Chapter III?
3 of 4: You have some spare acid left, so use it on the padlock to get rid of it.
4 of 4: But before the wheel can be turned to let in more water, you'll have to open the hatch that lets the water in. That's where the nearby "opening" comes in.
